Shipping
At Original Hardware, standard shipping is Priority Mail via U.S. Postal Service. We insure the items up to the value of your order. Typically, it takes 2-3 days for your package to arrive once payment has been received and your order is processed.
If you want the package to arrive sooner, faster Fedex alternatives are available as you checkout. Please note that these alternatives are available during the business week only. Fedex does not pickup or ship on weekends. Also please note, these shipments must be dropped off to FEDEX no later than 6 p.m. MST. Orders received after 4 p.m. MST requesting overnight FEDEX cannot be guaranteed shipment.
Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard and use secure online processing. We do not retain any credit card numbers, and securely transfer the information using encryption. You can tell it's safe because of the gold lock that will appear on the bottom right portion of your browser.
At the time of your purchase you will be able to save your contact information and establish a password. This enables you to easily make future purchases by simply loging in. Don't worry--if you forget your password, we'll send it to you!
While we do store information about you as a customer, we do not store your credit card information to ensure your security and privacy.

Returns & Exchanges
At Original Hardware, we strive to give you the best quality handcrafted jewelry available today. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made pieces, and we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn.
To return an item, first send us an e-mail at info@originalhardware.com. We will process your request once we have received the item undamaged. (It is recommended you send return items in bubble wrap mailers and package well!)
