Original Hardware has an immediate opening for a part-time retail member who will serve as the face of the brand to customers in our flagship retail store in Historic Downtown Littleton, CO.
What are we looking for? Our top candidate will have retail experience and a passion for helping customers with a quality experience. They're a proven team player who enjoys working with others, proactively solve problems and put the customer first.
We're currently seeking a part-time retail associate who can work Saturdays and Sundays in our historic downtown Littleton brick and mortar. This position pays an hourly and sales commission, commensurate with experience.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide cheerful and confident service to our weekend customers.
- Sell Original Hardware jewelry to customers in the boutique.
- Serve as a liaison with customers and our OH custom/bridal staff to support bridal, custom jewelry and personalized jewelry inquiries.
- Provide Connected welding services to customers when they walk-in or have appointments on Saturdays or Sundays--it's fun and easy, and we'll teach you how!
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and personalized service to each and every customer.
- Keep the floor clean and restocked.
- Tag product for floor and prepare and organize backstock.
- Take physical inventory of merchandise.
- Prepare and take inventory of packaging materials for point of sale and online orders.
